Estimates and bookings

An estimate is our price for the work you describe. We confirm the price before the visit. A booking is set once we agree on the date, the service and the price. The price can change if the home or the work turns out different from what you described, and we will tell you before we start.

Our guarantee

If you are not happy with a clean, tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean for free.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel anytime. Tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a visit.

Access and safety

We need safe access to your home. Tell us about pets, alarms, or anything we should know before we arrive.

Our responsibility

We take care of your home and stand behind our work. We are not responsible for damage that existed before the visit, for items not disclosed as fragile, or for problems caused by conditions we were not told about. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question.

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Maid in DFW or are used with permission. Do not copy them without asking. Third-party photos carry credit lines on the page where they appear.
